Greetings Tattoo Seekers!

I am Meryl Hurwich, owner and founder of Inkwitch Tattoos. I've been tattooing full-time since August of 2000, after apprenticing with the astoundingly talented Denise De La Cerda in Jersey City, N.J. My art background includes a BFA from Parsons School of Design in New York City, and a lengthy stint as Art Director of Tower Records Lincoln Center store.

The job of putting permanent marks on other human beings is a tremendously rewarding experience, and one that I treat with utmost respect. I am here to help you empower yourself with body art, and look forward to designing a custom piece for you that holds personal meaning, and embodies positive energy. I enjoy all styles of tattoo art, with an emphasis on the Asian. There is also flash on my shop walls for anyone who wishes to pick out a ready-made design.
